Is there any restrinctions other than have your app deployed to receive emails in addresses differen than owners address?
Causes i´ve been trying to send emails on adds in my app via workflow rules but the users haven´t received any emails.
What do you see in Audit History as described here https://help.appsheet.com/articles/961739-troubleshooting-workflow-emails
There appears to be an error in your workflow template.
Try the following:
- Open each failing workflow rule in the Editor.
- Click “View” template
- Click “Verify and Save”.
You should see the template error.
