I Have a team work to Appsheets, but i need to work on simultaneously an application. My team is 4 people.
Is this possible?

My understanding is that it is not possible because as soon as one team member saves their app, all the other team members’ work will be unable to save. This is because they’ll be working on an “old” version, since the first team member saved their app.
My team gets around this by separating our apps into different areas of concern. So we can work on different apps at the same time without interfering with each other.

Yep, same. Trust us, don’t even try to work on the same app as someone else at the same time, it will only end in tears.
One of my clients even uses a launcher app to open app editors, which also posts a message to slack every time someone opens an editor, to avoid collision.
