Widespread App Loading and Sync Performance Issue

AppSheet is Slow to Sync/ Down Server?

I would like to report a potential service issue affecting AppSheet performance.

As of today, we are experiencing consistent problems loading applications across our organization. None of the apps are loading successfully from our company accounts, despite multiple attempts over the past hour.

To isolate the issue, I also tested using a separate personal account. Initially, apps were loading intermittently and with significant delays (approximately 1 out of 10 attempts successful). However, at this time, applications are no longer loading at all.

This behavior appears to impact both app access and sync performance, suggesting a broader platform or regional issue rather than an app-specific configuration problem.

Could you please confirm if there are any ongoing service disruptions or degraded performance in our region?

Oh my. Hope it will be resolved immediately or atleast there is report here.

Same here in Georgia (Caucasus region).

  • Sync time degraded from ~15 seconds (yesterday) to 150-200+ seconds today
  • Tested across 5 different user accounts and 2 different networks
    (Starlink + Mobile 4G) — same issue
  • Performance Profile in editor confirms backend slowdown
  • Apps loading intermittently or timing out completely
  • Started approximately

Hello Everyone, it was already been working as intended on my end.

To ensure everything is working correctly on your end, we recommend performing the following steps:

  1. Log out of your AppSheet

  2. Log back in to AppSheet

  3. Open any of your application

  4. Make a small or random change (e.g., update a field or add a test entry)

  5. Sync the app and confirm it completes successfully

Hi, I can confirm we’re experiencing the exact same issue.

All our AppSheet apps (frontend, backend/editor, and mobile) are either not loading or extremely slow to sync. This is affecting multiple users across our organization, so it doesn’t seem account-specific.

We also tested from different devices, networks, and accounts, and the behavior is consistent.

Given the number of similar reports, this looks like a broader outage rather than a configuration issue.

If anyone (or the AppSheet team) has updates or a workaround, please share here — we’re actively monitoring this thread.
