Why is customer support not actively responding to queries.?

Apologies for the delays in responding to support queries. Appsheet has been working on improving this experience for users.
As part of this effort, we recently launched a new appsheet customer support experience. We are transitioning to a dedicated support team as well. This should not be an issue in future.
