Why has my app been under review for over one month in Oauth Consent?

Hello,

My app has been under review in Google Play Console for more than one month, and the review status is still stuck at “Privacy policy requirements”.

Despite this, the review has not progressed and I have not received any rejection, feedback, or request for changes.

I would appreciate any guidance on how to move this review forward.

Same issue here.

It keeps reviewing for forever and every time it shows a different issue:

  • Privacy policy missing. We have the link on our homepage footer.
  • Your home page does not explain the purpose of your app. Our homepage definitely has very clear description of what our service/app is.
