For the Vertex Gemini API, I’ve noticed that an incident sometimes appears in the incident list for certain projects, but not for others.
Could you please clarify what conditions determine whether an incident is shown in Personalized Service Health for a given project?
Even for the projects where the incident is not displayed, the Vertex AI API is enabled.
The background of this question is that I’d like to centralize Vertex Gemini API incident detection within a single project.
The specific incident I’m referring to occurred on September 30, 2025, at 03:34:15 (UTC+9), with Event ID: HCNRMLM.
