When will my AppSheet subscription upgrade take effect?

I upgraded my AppSheet subscription from the Starter plan to the Core plan more than 24 hours ago, but the change has not been reflected yet.

A message continues to appear on my account. ( Plan upgrade needed - click to fix it)

When will this finally take effect?

Or.. does your account need more than Core? Then that message would make sense.
