Any timeline for when Gemini Flash 1.5 8B will be available on Vertex AI? Also, can we expect the same 2x rate limit compared to Gemini Flash 1.5 as it is on the Gemini API?

At this time, there is no mention of Gemini Flash 1.5 8B being available in Vertex AI. Similarly, there is no information about a 2x rate limit for Gemini Flash 1.5 8B compared to Gemini Flash 1.5.

For now, I am unable to give you a definite timeline as to when this could be available. I suggest that you keep an eye out for updates on our release notes and official Gemini Models documentation for any updates.
