When I save a form this popup will be shown

When a form save add a row action run. This is a crieteria

but Form Saves this popup will be shown

i hhave a computation formula to add a row to table

Please any one find help me Rectify the issue

Recheck if the row added by the action produces any false output from any valid-if expressions, especially in the invoices.
