When Gemini Code Assist for Individuals will be available in Ukraine?

Hi, guys.
Does anyone know when Gemini Code Assist for Individuals will be available in Ukraine? I can use webversion of Gemini Pro 3 but when I tries to use it as GCA for Individuals in Intellij Idea it says that it isn’t available in my country.
