whats the difference between "The app can start when offline " vs “The app can not start when offline” i see both are not able to sync when offline and both show network issue when internet is off and also in both case value get store during offline mode and get sync when internet is on.??

The one that says “Can start when offline” should allow you to open the app when your network is off without any error, and then when your network is back on it should seamlessly begin sync as usual. What was the network issue you were referring?
