What should I write in "summary" box when I save a Playbook test conversation as example?

I have created a Playbook in Conversational Agents. I had tested the agent and want to save the conversation for future reference of how the agent was working.

Question 1 : Is saving the test conversation as an example the only way to save my conversations with the agent? I want to save the conversation to understand how well the agent is responding to the questions and I also want to show it to my managers.

I am just worried that some of the responses that the agent gives to my queries is not how I ideally want the agent to respond. But how do I maintain a record of those bad responses as well?

Question 2 : When I save the test conversation as an example, I am prompted to fill a “Summary“ box at the end (Please find attached the screenshot) . I don’t understand what exactly I am supposed to write in that box.

Also, what is the significance of what I write in that box? How does the agent use that information?
