What is the max limit for limit_conn perserver in RMP node?

In RMP node /opt/nginx/conf.d/ORG_NAME_ENV_NAME_VIRTUALHOST.conf file, can we increase the parameter “limit_conn perserver” value beyond 5k. If yes, what is the max limit.
