What is the best way to follow up on Feature Request on Issue Tracker?

With Gemini Limit enforcement coming soon, Admins currently do not have visibility to any quantifiable data.

I have been following an old Feature Request from 2024, with no update.

While Reports API provide the ability to list Gemini events, it does not show what limits users may be exceeding. Admin Console shows users who are near/exceeded the limit, but it does not provide quantifiable data. In order for administrators to justify investment in AI Expanded Access or AI Ultra Access, we need quantifiable and verifiable data, which is currently not available.

I am already running into users who are told that they exceeded the limit, without the ability to verify the information.
