what is difference between SkipCacheLookup and SkipCachePopulation in Response cache.
and give some sample example.

I could repeat what is written there, but I don’t think that would add anything. What part don’t you understand?
SkipCacheLookup… skips the cache lookup.
SkipCachePopulation . .. . skips the cache population.
There are examples given.
