VM instance can not start Jupyterlab

Failed to start usernot1-wbi: Required ‘Current principal doesn’t have permission to mutate this resource!’ permission for ‘usernot1-wbi’

It has been 5 hours and I still cannot reach Jupyterlab.

Can you help me?

Hello @basganlartrade ,Welcome on Google Cloud Community.

  1. Did you’ve checked which principal ? It should be visible from Logs Explorer for particular project.
  2. How did you created this Jupyterlab? By Vertex AI Workbench ? If yes, make sure that either your principal or service account which you are using has proper permissions “Vertex AI Workbench User”.
