VIsion API User not available in IAM

I am stumped. I am in the right project, I am the owner, editor permissions are granted, and Cloud Vision API is definitely enabled, but no matter what I do I don’t see the option to add in my roles anything related to Vision API. Not Vision API user, not Vision API admin, view, etc.

Does anyone have any insight or tips? I’ll be forever grateful.

The Cloud Vision API doesn’t expose dedicated IAM roles such as “Vision API User”. Your Project Owner role, combined with the API being enabled, should be sufficient to make calls to the Vision API.
