I read the question about Chatbot and it says Chatbot is no longer supported.
Though the function itself is supported, is the view of Chatbot available?
If not, is there any ways to achieve a screen that allows you to see two-way interactions like Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp?
I’m afraid that view was part of the Chatbot feature and that’s not available anymore. The closest view type would be the Card view.

Bots are part of the new Automation feature set and are unrelated to chatbots. The existing workflow rules in the product will be replaced by a more richer bot that couples an event (eg: new order in Salesforce) with a process (eg: do approvals on that order). The process will support a more extensive grammar (eg: loops, wait step etc). As you know this Automation feature is in private preview at the moment and will be available publicly in Q1 time frame.
