Hi,
I’m trying to qualify for Standard PayGo Tier 1, which requires $10+ in spending over 30 days. However, my billing is showing US$0 total cost even though I have significant Gemini API usage.
Here’s my situation:
- Billing account type: Self-serve (직접), NOT free trial
- Organization: comet-talk.ai
- Project: (PII Removed by Staff)
- Period: March 1–19, 2026
Cost analysis page shows ₩91,845 (~US$63) in total usage cost for this month.
However:
- Billing overview shows total cost as US$0
- Cost table (거래 내역) only shows February, nothing for March yet
- Vertex AI dashboard does NOT display any Standard PayGo tier info
Regarding credits:
- I have one credit: “Trial credit for GenAI App Builder” (₩1,427,870)
- This credit is 100% remaining (completely unused), so it should NOT be offsetting my Gemini API costs
- The credit scope says it applies to specific services only
My questions:
- Why does billing overview show US$0 when cost analysis clearly shows ₩91,845 in usage?
- What is preventing my Gemini API spend from counting toward Standard PayGo tier qualification?
- Is there a delay in billing recognition, or is something else offsetting my costs?
