Customer log (Table name)

ID (Column) - Text

Alias (Column) - Text

Company Name (Column) - Name

Contact person (Column) - Name
-
Contact number (Column) - Phone
I have a form called “Create order”
What I need is
When I create an order by using “Create order” form, Company name must list/suggest from the 1st Table “Appsheet customer”, and next information - Contact name and contact number must take (Valid if) from the 2nd table - “Customer log”.
