Yes, AppSheet provides login capabilities and runs apps in the browser. As for whether is suits your needs for a safety reporting system will depend on what features you want included. But having said that, I truly believe that AppSheet can handle any business app thrown at it and can overcome the few hurdles encountered by utilizing/integrating with additional services.
