USERMAIL() let 2 users see information

Hi

I am trying to send jobs to our crews and there are 2 people on each crew is there any way that i can let both crews see this using the USERMAIL() expression the current code i have which allows 1 crew member to see is [Crew Email 1]=USEREMAIL() I need [Crew Email 1] [Crew Email 2]=USEREMAIL()

any help would be appreciated
