i have a looker report to query certain data in regard to an equipment identified by a numerical ID. This will be used by a few field workers using mobile devices. The equipment has stickers encoding the equipment numbers as barcodes/QR codes. Is there a way to enable scanning the codes instead of manually entering the numbers in the looker report
Nothing that I know of on the Looker side.
There may be third-party apps that can scan a barcode and then copy the numeric text to your clipboard or something like that? Then you could paste it into Looker.
