One of my users all of a sudden cannot login. She has been a user for a while now and nothing has changed - email or user.
What I have tried:
I had her delete ALL cache from the browser and I deleted her email/account out and re installed it - still nothing. It is trying to make her login using a different email. She tried “Change account” and that does nothing.
