Urgent: Restoration of Owner Permissions for Google Cloud Project

I accidentally removed my owner and editor permissions from the project while attempting to change roles. Now, I am unable to perform any administrative actions on the project. I am the sole administrator associated with this project and have no other accounts to revert these changes

When I attempt to add IAM policy bindings via Google Cloud Shell, I receive the following error:

erickrudelman@cloudshell:~ (upbeat-fountain-424123-p4)$ gcloud projects add-iam-policy-binding upbeat-fountain-424123-p4 --member=“user:erickrudelman@dinamic.agency” --role=“roles/owner” ERROR: (gcloud.projects.add-iam-policy-binding) User [erickrudelman@dinamic.agency] does not have permission to access projects instance [upbeat-fountain-424123-p4:getIamPolicy] (or it may not exist): The caller does not have permission

Additionally, when using the Policy Troubleshooter, I get the following message:

You do not have the required permissions to troubleshoot policies on the specified resource or the resource does not exist. Reach out to your administrator and provide them with the URL for this query. Principal: erickrudelman@dinamic.agency Resource: //cloudresourcemanager.googleapis.com/projects/upbeat-fountain-424123-p4 Permission: resourcemanager.projects.getIamPolicy
