Hi AppSheet Support Team & Moderators,
My entire account has been locked with a “Plan update needed” error. This happened because I changed a team member’s email address, which accidentally pushed the rolling 30-day log history to 11 unique users on a single prototype app.
I was also testing an automation bot inside the application right before the lockdown occurred, which I suspect may have triggered an additional security or policy flag.
I have already taken all necessary corrective steps to bring my account back into compliance:

I made a clean copy of the application to reset the user logs and test variables.

I have completely deleted the original app that contained the 11-user log history and the active test bot.
All of my remaining active prototype apps are strictly within the free 10-user limit, but the account-wide block is still stuck due to backend caching. My team cannot access any prototypes right now.
Could a staff member please manually refresh/recalculate the user and policy limits for my account to lift this block?
