URGENT: Production Down - Account Disabled & Locked in Verification Loop

I am writing because my production GCP sites have all been suspended and my main account (PII removed by Staff) has been disabled.

The Problem: > 1. My account shows as ‘Inactive’ when I try to send it an email (mx.google.com error). 2. When I try to log in to appeal or fix billing, I am hit with ‘Too many failed attempts’ and ‘We couldn’t verify your phone number.’ 3. I have waited 24+ hours without trying to log in, but the security loop persists.

My business operations are currently offline. I cannot access the Billing console to resolve any payment issues or the Support console to open a ticket. I need a Community Manager to help escalate this account for a manual identity/billing review. I tried opening a billing ticket but they said they couldn’t help me.
