URGENT: High-Impact Project Blocked Since March 2nd - Need Support

Hi AppSheet Team and Community,

My name is erasmodexbr and I am a long-term user. I am writing as a last resort because my access to my main application, DeXagroShow, has been blocked since March 2nd, 2026, without any explanation.

This app is the result of 4 years of dedicated work (12 hours/day) and serves as a vital data intelligence tool for the Brazilian Agribusiness sector. It integrates Google Cloud, AppSheet Database, and Google Sheets, managing data for 700 producers, 500 cities production and 3,200 production units.

I am an IT professional with over 50 years of experience, and this project is my final career legacy. Being blocked without notice is causing immense personal and professional distress.

@Jose_Arteaga - I was alerted to this thread through a summary email for the forum.

Many responses in this thread now seem to be suppressed.

I am developing an app that will be integral to key business functions. Reading that an app may be blocked without warning - thus meaningfully impacting a business in a detrimental way - is a little concerning.

Can you please summarise here, before this thread gets closed off: why the block occurred, whether it could have been prevented, what the chances are of this issue affecting any given account, what the remediation steps should be in order to receive prompt attention?

So Jose explained the reason to me in private. I’ll respect that privacy and tag @erasmodexbr who raised the ticket. I think it’s up to them or Jose to respond. I’d personally have no issue explaining the root cause publicly but I respect the privacy shown. What I can say is that my concern was addressed. Apologies for being obscure :confused:
