I am a Plan Core subscriber (Account ID [PII Removed by Staff]) and I am experiencing a critical issue. While testing a new automation bot, I had several execution errors in a row. Immediately after these failures, AppSheet disabled all bots across ALL my applications.
My apps are in “Prototype” mode for development purposes and I am the only user. Despite being a paying customer, I cannot re-enable any automation; the toggle switches are greyed out and won’t stay active.
This is stopping my development workflow. Could you please check my account ID (PII Removed by Staff) and reset the automation service for me?
