update status row based on last "contact" entry of child table

Hello everyone,

leadlist is the main table, with every customer, its adress, phone and its status.

protokoll is the subtable where every interaction with clients will be recorded.

if a CA is interacting with a customer, he/she (or whatever rainbowcolor it may be) will press a predefined button with a “linktoform” action. protokoll is taking status old and also status new, wich the ca sets in the form.

currently i have achieved, that the lead will be “closed” for this single CA (using slice on the view where the CAs work, and setting the value “running” wich the slicer will sort out not to be seen´),

My wish is, that after the user finishes the form for protokoll, that with the leadID information, the status of the lead will change from “running” to “” (yes nothing)

Hi,

If you haven’t sorted it yet, have an action to set status to “” and in the form view, in the behaviour section, you can select this action.
When the for closes, it will call the action and change the status.
