Under what circumstance(s) is the following error message thrown in the Message processor logs : "failed to load http properties". Is this indicative of a class-loading issue or something else ?

@Venkatraghavan This is indicative of an issue while reading the http.properties file which is located under conf ( of message-processor ) directory. Please check the permissions of this file.
