Subject: Unauthorized Charges After Account Cancellation – AppSheet Premium (DUO*COM)
Hello,
I am writing to formally report unauthorized charges corresponding to January, February, and March 2026, listed as “DUO*COM” on our corporate credit card statement, which we have identified as AppSheet Premium charges.
Below is a full summary of the situation:
- Our company subscribed to AppSheet Premium starting July 2025, connected to our Microsoft/OneDrive account.
- In December 2025, our account became inaccessible due to a blocked corporate email address, which prevented the connection to OneDrive and made the platform completely unusable.
- As a result, in December 2025 we took the following actions:
· Removed the payment method (credit card) registered in the AppSheet platform.
· Documented the existing application.
· Created a brand new AppSheet account under a different company domain, using a different credit card. - The previous AppSheet account currently has no applications and no payment method associated with it. There is no valid reason for any charges to be processed against it.
Despite all of the above, charges listed as “DUO*COM” have continued to appear on our original corporate credit card during January, February, and March 2026. The AppSheet dashboard for the old account shows no active subscription, no applications, and no payment records.
We believe this may be related to an automatic payment updater system used by our bank, which transferred our updated card details to merchants with previously active subscriptions — allowing charges to continue without our knowledge or authorization.
We kindly request:
- Immediate confirmation that no active subscription exists under our previous account.
- Full refund of the charges from January, February, and March 2026.
- Permanent cancellation of any residual billing linked to the old account.
- Assurance that no further charges will be processed.
I am attaching our credit card statements for the three affected months as supporting evidence.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need any additional information to resolve this case.
Thank you for your attention.
