Our dev portal is unable to send emails upon “Send test e-mail” from Configuration >> System >> SMTP Authentication Support. It is also unable to send an email when a user is moved from Blocked to Active (see screenshot). In both cases the message is:
phpmailerException: Message body empty in PHPMailer->Send() (line 577 of /srv/bindings/{{uuid}}/code/profiles/apigee/modules/contrib/smtp/smtp.phpmailer.inc).
I have tried examining smtp.phpmailer.inc, setting up a new smtp account (SendGrid), and trying the issue in a lower environment.
