Unable to receive Trust & Safety team emails for OAuth re-verification – Project stuck

Hi Google team,

My project is currently stuck in the OAuth verification process because we never received any email threads from the Trust & Safety team regarding required modifications or requests for more information.

We carefully checked both the inbox and spam folders of our configured contact email, but there were no related emails from the review team (even after reverting changes or updating information per the requirements). As a result, after making the necessary adjustments on our end, we are unable to communicate with the team to proceed with further verification.

Could you please help check for any issues in the notification delivery, or advise on how we can re-initiate the conversation with the review team to continue the verification?

Same here, I guess the only way to receive an email is to upgrade the supscription, being able to contact the support then ask to receive a new email from the Trust & Safety team.

We are facing the same issue. we are not receiving the emails that they are sending. We checked our spam folders. and we whitelisted all google domains and known email accounts. still we are not receiving the emails.
