Since the new desktop view users get this screen with Unable to load App.
It occured to users and only after clearing cache it would work mostly. It keeps on disfunctioning.
So switched back to “old” interface that does not give this screen.
User tried Chrome and Edge.
Please note that the new Desktop Mode feature is in PREVIEW only. Testing of it is encouraged but it should NOT be used for “Live” apps. It does have issues currently. To ensure good app performance you should use the legacy Desktop.
Having said that, your error message shown implies that there is a “connection error”. The AppSheet app is having trouble connecting to the servers. Could the Internet be having issues for your user?
If you think the Internet is solid then I would suggest trying to clear the cache of the browser(s). It could be some of the app metadata has become corrupt and cannot properly connect to the AppSheet servers. This can happen frequently during periods of app implementation, even from ApPSheet side such as with constant changes to the new Desktop Mode!

Switching to legacy desktop does not have this issue and had to switch back. More times a week this happens and is not workable to reset the browser over and over again.
Any idea when this is view is going in not-preview?
