Unable to fetch app definition - Error : A task was canceled

Hi ,
I need urgent help, my Live app suddenly stop syncing with the error “Unable to fetch app definition - Error : A task was canceled” i have done all the possible trouble shooting with the help of Google Gemini , right from checking the Spreadsheet database extra columns and getting to older version and checking Virtual column for circular referencing,

My app is accepting the changes and writing it successfully in the spreadsheet database, and the same spreadsheet is working fine in other apps, but not with this one.

  1. Go to Appsheet help

  2. Scroll down to the bottom, you will find a box with the following text

  3. At this point you will be redirected to a three steps process in which users will possibly find answers to the query they have. Click Next

  4. Click Next Step

  5. Specify your preferred language and either click on Chat or e-mail

It is important to mention that AppSheet support is not available for free accounts.
