Unable to create an Apigee X instance using PUPI script

While creating an Apigee instance in X platform we are getting below error , we are creating the instance using PUPI script and getting error as below :

@srraorams - can you pls confirm the page you are referring to and the script you are using? Is it this https://cloud.google.com/apigee/docs/api-platform/get-started/install-cli-non-peered
