Unable to Create a new user in Apigee On premises

Hi Team,

I am working on creating a new user in apigee on premises. But I am facing issue as unknown username & password combination while logging into the EDGE UI.

Here I am attaching the screenshots for that.

Could any one please help me to resolve the issue.

@A.Anu Manasa your screenshots do not show where you are creating a user ? Could you please provide the steps you are trying in order to create the user.
