Unable to copy data to another table using bot

I am unable to add a new row to a new table(2)using data from table (1).The test shows no error but the new row is not getting added.

Please provide more information by attaching a screen shot of the bot’s Monitor results after actually adding a new record.

i unchecked all the required columns and it works now!
