Unable to bind to address when install cassandra private cloud

Hi

I’ve a problem that is unable to resolve in 5 node installation on Apigee Private Cloud 4.19.1.

when I install cassandra at 1st node it show error look like this.

Unable to bind to address [Hostname]/[IP_ADDRESS]:7000

'm mostly following the Installation prerequisite as much as I can . but It all not work. still stuck the same. here is what I’ve done.

  1. Check hostname and it’s ok.

  2. already stop the firewalld

  3. Create /etc/security/limits.d/90-apigee-edge-limits.conf file

  4. already run “yum update nss”

  5. already setup /etc/nscd.conf file

  6. Disable ip v6

  7. Checking TCP Wrapper file
    is anyone have any suggestion ?

You should check that the IP address listed exists on a local interface and that nothing else is already listening on port 7000
