Unable to add/edit/delete row - there might be an invalid excel formula

When making a change in the app trying to upload the change gives this error, both on device and in the emulator.

I have checked the source file and there isn’t any formulas in the referenced sheet.

The weird thing is when I revert the changes in the main menu to clear the error, the changes made are saved.

no, have been off sick for the past week, error still happening, app is not a copy and sheet it works from is not a copy.
