Hola quiero hacer lo siguiente

en la imagen se ve un 2 botones uno llamado “VIVO” y otro “MUERTO” mi pregunta es si puedo hacer que al picar en el botón “Muerto” lo demás se rellene solo automático. existe alguna FORMULA que facilite este paso?
