Hello!
I am using google cloud’s operation suite integration in Jira. Which provides me the incoming rules for create , acknowledge and close alert. But , it is only reaching to Jira for Alert creation and when incidents are acknowledged and closed in gcp it does not even reach to Jira. This is visible from the integration logs.
Please help to understand this issue. Thank you!
