Hi everyone,
I need urgent help with my TurnKey Crew App by Wednesday.
Issues:
• App intermittently shows:
“Untitledspreadsheet-714558436 app did not load successfully.”
and says it cannot fetch the app definition.
• Green + button opens the wrong form.
It should open the Crew Jobs form.
Sometimes it opens the Crew Dashboard form.
• Action routing appears mixed up between Crew Dashboard and Crew Jobs.
Tables still exist:
• Crew Jobs
• Crew Dashboard
• Check In Out
• Crew Users
• Job Checklist
• Photo Log
• Settings
I already checked actions and data tables.
Need help identifying:
• app definition sync issues
• corrupted references
• fixing green + button navigation

I have seen errors like “app did not load successfully” or “unable to fetch app definition” before and they are usually caused by a broken connection to the data source, corrupt app definitions from spreadsheet changes, or temporary server issues. (click here for reference).
Also, perhaps you can find some useful information on this video.
If none of this work, the most convenient course of action at this point would be to Contact Support so that they can review your application.
