Trying to find out if i have a data base of names and employee numbers if i can create a search for a person and have the persons data come up as a fillable pdf in the app? (so it looks like a certificate when it comes up)

Looking to take a database of names and expiration dates.

Allow people to search via the for a person.

If the person is found and selected it would show the name of the person and the expiration date in a certificate or fillable pdf file.

Can AppSheets do something like this?

AppSheet does not support “fillable pdf”. The best you could do is gather information through the app and generate a PDF from it. Otherwise, your idea seems doable with AppSheet.
