Troubleshoot Automation - Didn't Run Last Night

I need some help figuring out why a bot/automation did not run last night…

Also, do i actually need to run that against every row, or is there a better way to tell it “go through this list of patients, and set the Seen flag to FALSE for all patients where SEEN currently equals TRUE”

Were you able to check the audit history log?

You could get errors there as well.

Nothing of interest that i can see. It seems it literally just did not run last night, so there is nothing in the log to see unfortunately.

Okay, got it. I think it may be a time to reach out to AppSheet Support, if the scheduled BOT has not run as expected. Yes, the logs image you have shared is not showing any record for 25th April of any BOT runs.

This may sound stupid but are you sure there where [Seen] as true?

Yes, correct. that will be a good thing to check that [Seen] filtered some records yesterday.

Definitely. I have formatting rules to set patient name colors and certain icons based on conditions. Patients who had not been seen yet today were flagged as seen, which is what prompted me to try to figure out why. At first i thought certain provider may have been messing with things under the hood at weird hours (happened before) but that was not the case.
