Trouble with google ads basic api access

Dear Google Ads API Compliance Team,

I am reaching out to request assistance regarding our Google Ads API Basic Access applications.

We initially applied for Basic Access and received a response requesting clarification on our need for restricted services. We replied with a detailed justification within the requested timeframe. However, since submitting our response, we have not received any further communication, and the tickets remain open.

I’ve tried every other way, so if someone can just help me out. Would be great!

Hi @Bas_Rutjes Please note that this forum does not have visibility into individual Google Ads API compliance reviews or ticket status. If your Basic Access application is still open after you submitted the requested clarification, the best course of action is to reply directly within the original compliance case to request a status update. That keeps your request tied to the existing review thread.

If a significant amount of time has passed without response, you can also open a new support case through the Google Ads API Center and reference your original case ID so the team can locate it more quickly.

Unfortunately, community members and moderators cannot expedite or access compliance reviews, but following up through the official case channel is the correct next step.

I understand that community members and moderators aren’t able to speed up or access compliance reviews. However, I feel like I’ve exhausted all other options. I’ve already followed up twice and contacted support by email.

Is there anything else I can do to move this forward? How can I obtain approval? They requested clarification, and I provided it. I’ve been waiting for months to launch my software, and this is the only remaining step.

So I hope you understand the urgency behind this and the importance overall.
