Trouble Upgrading Licenses

Not exactly sure where to post this, so let’s just put it in the open and see if the right people contact me.

We currently have AppSheet Core licenses, and I want to upgrade to a license that allows a proper development/staging area versus always working on a live app. This would be very beneficial to be able to add and test features despite people actively using the app, then push up the update when its deemed stable. As it stands, i do most of my work after hours to make sure no one is using the app, and that is not the best solution, since i do have a life outside of work…

I have completed the form to request a quote and received no follow up. I also contact support and they advised that sales would get back with me. It’s been two weeks, and crickets…

Who do I need to contact in order to give AppSheet some more money to upgrade our account?

If the only need you have is to have some kind of testing branch for your app, I don’t suggest you to go the Enterprise route. It’ll be double the price at least from your current spending.

The base is USD20/user/month with 20 users as the minimum, so USD400/month.

I suggest you to make a copy of the app you want to upgrade and then edit the copy with no users.

Then you just upgrade to the edited app:
