Transfer Ownership of Apps - Billing Question

Hi,

I am the owner and creator of several apps for my company, used by 70 people with the AppSheet Core Plan. We use Microsoft 365 for our work accounts so the default file save is my OneDrive and the authenticator is Microsoft. All data and tables that we save are on a Google account/ Google Sheets/ Google Drive.

I have had a problem since I started using AppSheet of not being able to save PDFs and have them being accessed by anyone else in the company through the apps. This is because the default file save location is my OneDrive, which didn’t match up with file save paths.

I have solved this issue on a test app by transferring ownership of it to the Google account where all the data is saved.

I want to transfer all the apps under my Microsoft account to the Google account. This will not only allow easier file management but in case I did ever leave my company, everything will keep on working.

My questions are:

  1. I pay for the licences through my Microsoft account login. Will I have to start paying for the licences through the Google account login?

  2. What will happen to the billing cycle? Will I have to cancel AppSheet as close to the end of this billing cycle as possible, transfer the app ownerships and purchase 70 licences using the Google account?

  3. Will the end users notice any difference logging into the apps, using their Microsoft email address and Office 365 password?

Thanks,

Please contact AppSheet Support for help with this.
