Simple visualisation of stacked area chart and when Totals Labels are enabled they are positioned in exactly the same place as the top series:

Is there an update on when this bug might be fixed? It’s been there for a while and has a high impact for end-users who receive a pdf report and cannot really tell the numbers.

Huh, we thought we had resolved this in 7.14 via an update to our underlying charts library, but it appears to still be broken after an internal test.
Thanks for flagging it as still not working, we will take a look.
Is there any update on this issue? Unfortunately, it is still there in version 21.0.19
This is still an issue for data labels on line charts as well

OMG, still not resolved? No wonder why my org is moving to Qlik instead of Looker. Please fix this issue.
